Yorkshire Pudding Challenge 2012

I attended the Yorkshire Pudding challenge yesterday over at the Cookery School in Halifax. Four chefs were chosen from Yorkshire to repsesent the North, South, East and West, I was representing the East. I managed to retain my title and return home with another trophy. Well done to Chris Blackburn who won the Amateur round for the 2nd year running as well.
