Starters
Mild curried parsnip soup with spiced bhaji scraps, lime crème fraiche and herb oil.
Staal’s oak roast salmon pate, focaccia toasts, fennel & onion marmalade, dill mayonnaise and capers.
Beetroot carpaccio, toasted walnuts, whipped ricotta, pickled shallots, watercress and maple dressing.
Sykes House Farm ham hock, pig cheek and dill pickle terrine with pea and ham puree, shoots, frickle and piccalilli onions.
Smoked haddock and leek bon bon, roast cauliflower puree, Lincolnshire Poacher’s crumb & leek oil.
Mains
Roast turkey breast with pressed leg terrine, sage and onion stuffing, duck fat potato, pig in blanket, turkey gravy and creamed potato.
Braised belly pork with bubble and squeak, celeriac and apple puree, winter greens and a silver skin and cider jus.
Rosemary and garlic beef bavette with Tewksbury mustard sprouts, smoked garlic potato hash, soubise and red wine jus.
Honeyed carrot tart tatin, lemon and caper salsa verde, toasted feta, carrot puree, crisps and tops.
Pan roast coley with roast squash puree, tender stem broccoli, toasted pumpkin seeds and dill and brown shrimp butter.
All served with seasonal vegetables.
Puddings
Star made Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and boozy fruit compote.
Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and date and muscavado jam.
Cheeseboard selection with biscuits, house chutney, tea loaf and grapes.
Dark chocolate delice with cocoa nib tuille, salted caramel cream, chocolate crumb.
Apple streusel cake with caramelised apple puree, brandysnap, Cherry View vanilla ice cream and maple glaze.
