Pressed ham hock and whole grain mustard terrine with celeriac remoulade, cornichons and sour dough toasts.
Yorkshire Blue and pear salad with pickled walnut, chive yoghurt dressing and chicory.. (V) (GFO)
Peck’s of Beverley smoked haddock cake with cauliflower puree, curried florets, parsley oil and coriander cress.
Crisped belly pork with braised savoy cabbage and bacon, sage and onion bon bon, squash pureè, pig twigs and cider jus.
Local pheasant breast with pumpkin clapshot, buttered kale, chestnut forcemeat, creamed potato and mulled red wine jus.
Roast turkey breast with pressed leg terrine, pig in blanket, duck fat potatoes and cranberry stuffing.
Pan roast hake with button mushroom pureè, pea and mushroom fricassee, crispy potato and tarragon butter.
Butternut squash, red onion and sage tartlet, with thyme roast new potatoes, squash puree, crispy sage and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Sticky Yorkshire parkin with butterscotch sauce and Cream of the Wolds vanilla ice-cream
Marmalade cheesecake with anise clementines, toasted almonds and ginger crumb. (GF)
