Celeriac and apple soup with sourdough croutons and apple and mustard dressing.
Ham hock, spring onion and prosciutto terrine with salted toasts, piccalilli, frisée and crackling.
Staal’s oak roast salmon rillette with shaved fennel, beetroot pickles, crispy capers and dill yoghurt .
Smoked haddock risotto with Poacher’s crisp, crispy leeks, soft boiled hen’s egg and pickled mustard seeds.
Roast tandoori carrot with coriander dahl fritter, carrot puree, onion crisps and puffed rice.
Mains
Laverack’s roast pork loin with sage and onion stuffing, creamed potato, duck fat roast potato, apple sauce, Yorkshire pudding and gravy
Steak and ale pie with braised red cabbage, chips, greens and ale gravy.
Aged sirloin steak with chips, peppercorn sauce, pickle salad and ox tongue fritter. (£10 supplement).
Roast chicken breast with fondant potato, roast sprouts, celeriac puree, sauteed girolles and chicken and tarragon jus.
Cured bacon chop with bubble and squeak cake, savoy cabbage, honey and mustard sauce, crackling and apple puree.
Fountains gold, leek and wholegrain mustard cake with squash puree, charred pickled onion, roast squash, fried hen’s egg and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Lamb rump with smoked potato pave, glazed carrot, cavolo nero, minted salsa verde, and lamb jus.
Desserts
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce, Cherry View vanilla ice cream and brandysnap crumb.
Blood orange and white chocolate cheesecake with marmalade puree, candied orange and baked white chocolate.
Apple and blackberry crumble tartlet with cherry view vanilla ice cream.
Pecan and sea salt tart with maple syrup cream, brown sugar crumble and gingerbread.
Cheese selection with fig chutney, grapes, biscuits and Yorkshire tea loaf.
