Curried parsnip soup with lime crème fraiche, bhaji scraps and coriander oil.
Staal’s beetroot cured salmon with dill cream cheese, beetroot relish, frisee and pickled cucumber.
Pressed Ham hock, cornichon and parsley terrine with celeriac slaw, pickled silver skins, brown sauce, watercress and parsley mayo.
Whipped Yorkshire blue cheese, candied walnuts, poached pear, sticky honey parsnip and baby chicory and parsnip crisps.
Pecks of Beverley smoked haddock cake with lightly curried onion puree, shredded gem, coronation mayo, sea herbs and soft boiled hens egg.
Roast Turkey breast with pressed leg terrine, apple and cranberry stuffing, roast potato, pig in blanket, turkey gravy and creamed potato.
Braised belly pork with sage and onion mash, apple braised savoy cabbage, roast Squash puree, crackling, black pudding bon bon and pork jus.
Marinated Beef bavette with mushroom and black garlic puree, ale pickled onion, hasselback potato, shredded horse radish sprouts and red wine jus
Celeriac tart tatin with apple and celeriac puree, roast baby potatoes, steamed greens, apple and pickled mustard seed dressing and celeriac crisps.
Hake with mussel and Jerusalem artichoke sauce, roast tender stem, steamed mussels, artichoke crisps and dill oil.
All served with seasonal vegetables.
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and spiced fruit compote.
Clementine and polenta cake with almond brittle, orange mascarpone, clementine syrup and cranberry jam. (gf)
