Yorkshire pudding with braised oxtail, red onion marmalade, crispy sage and red wine jus.
Celeriac and apple soup with sourdough croutons and apple dressing.
Smoked haddock and parsley risotto with pickled mustard seeds, soft boiled egg, parsley cress and parmesan.
Ham hock, spring onion and pistachio terrine with white onion jam, bacon brioche toasts and frisée.
Staal’s smoked salmon with samphire, beetroot ketchup, celeriac remoulade and parsley cress.
Asparagus with brown butter hollandaise, toasted hazelnuts, smoked Poacher’s crisps, tarragon mayonnaise and watercress.
Mains
Roast topside of beef with duck fat potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, creamed potato and gravy.
Roast chicken with duck fat potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, creamed potato and gravy.
Steak and ale pie with hand cut chips, braised red cabbage, steamed greens and gravy.
Braised belly pork with roast onion puree, sage and onion bon bon, cider braised cabbage, crackling and pork jus.
Lamb rump with broad beans and onions, lamb fat and garlic terrine, pea puree, mint salsa verde and lamb jus.
Pan roast pollock with white bean and bacon cassoulet, caper and parsley dressing, roast fennel and sea herbs.
Pearl barley and asparagus risotto with crispy hen’s egg, sprouting broccoli and smoked Lincolnshire Poacher’s cheese.
All mains served with spring greens and roast root vegetables.

Baked vanilla custard with poached rhubarb, ginger cake, rhubarb jam and custard crumb.
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce, Cherry View vanilla ice cream and brandysnap crumb.
