Honey roast ham hock terrine, sour dough toast with ale chutney, parmesan crisps and pickled onion and frissee.
Falafel, hummus, pickled red cabbage, black garlic, toasted pinenuts and chicory.
Mains
Roast pork loin with sage and onion stuffing, creamed potato, duck fat roasties, apple sauce, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.
Steak and ale pie with braised red cabbage, chips, greens and gravy.
Aged sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce, pickle salad, chips and ox tongue fritter. (£12 supplement)
Roast chicken breast with chestnut mushroom ragu, roast sprouts, white onion puree, creamed potato and chicken jus.
Pan fried Black bream, with lemon butter, fried gnocchi, courgette, dill veloutè and pumpkin seeds.
Crispy belly pork, sour cabbage, caramel apple, sticky roast parsnip, crackling and pork jus.
Leek & Lincolnshire Poacher’s cake, crown prince squash, soubise, cavolo nero, black garlic and seeds.
Desserts
Sticky toffee pudding with date jam, vanilla ice-cream and caramel sauce.
Bakewell tartlet with cherry jam, almond crumb and clotted cream.
Vanilla pod crème bruleè with shortbread biscuit.
Yorkshire Blue and mature Wensleydale with house chutney, crackers, fruit loaf and grapes.

For children under 12 we can do simplified/smaller versions of this menu or we can offer some dishes from our Little Star’s menu.
