Arrival Cocktail
Starters
Pan-fried scallops and parma ham crisps with celeriac pureè, roasted cauliflower, beurre noisette crumb, pickled cauliflower and dill.
OR
Fountain’s Gold cheese bon bons with celery, candied walnuts, pickled onion gel, Granny Smiths, lovage oil and watercress
Mains
Fillet of beef (M/R), potato and bacon pavè with beef shin fritter, spring green, parmesan curd, chive emulsion, crispy shallots, Perigord truffle and port jus.
OR
Tandoori spiced monkfish, tomato masala pureè, duchess potato with samphire, confit tomato, chicken butter sauce and coriander cress.
Dessert
Choux au craquelin, roast white chocolate crèmeux, candied pistachio and Yorkshire forced rhubarb.
A deposit of £10 per person is required on booking.
